We recommend that two people hang the wall mural together to help achieve the best
results. Make sure you check the wallpaper on receipt before you or a professional
installer starts covering the wall.
It is essential that you follow the installation guide supplied with your wall mural,
otherwise, we cannot guarantee an excellent product finish.
To give your mural the best chance of keeping its quality and lifespan, it’s important to
prepare the wall properly before installation.
Make sure that your plastered wall is clean and dry and is not dusty with fine particles and finish the plaster with a good quality primer.
Make sure you remove any existing wallpaper before installing your mural. Seal and prime your smooth wall before mural application once the old wallpaper is removed. You also shouldn’t use lining paper as a base to the wallpaper.
We’d recommend that the wallpaper is pasted on matte emulsion paint only. The wall must be smooth and finished with a good quality wall sealer/ primer. For freshly painted walls, allow 2-3 weeks for the paint to dry before installing your wallpaper.
We do not recommend this if the room gets very steamy.Also do not put the wallpaper in a location where there is direct water contact (i.e. behind your shower).

For standard walls that are rectangular or square, simply measure edge to edge to get the width of the wall. For the height of the wall, take two measurements one for the right side and one for the left as they can often be different. If one side is greater, choose that measurement as the wall height.
Once you have your measurements, we will add 5cm (50mm) to either or both of the height and width if that side is over and edge. This will take into account any variations of the wall area and give you some wiggle room when installing.
For walls that are an irregular shape, such as in an attic room, measure the width and height of your wall which are the longest. Once you have your measurements, we will add 5cm (50mm) to either or both of the height and width if that side is over and edge. This will take into account any variations of the wall area and give you some extra wiggle room when installing.
From these measurements, you will be supplied with a full rectangular wallpaper, you can then cut away any excess once the wallpaper is installed. You can save the excess wallpaper for any smaller projects you have!

Your wall mural will be come as separate labelled panels. Lay the panels out flat and in order, then leave to rest for at least 5 hours so that any curls will fall out. Once you have your mural laid out, give it a quick quality check before you start installing. Before application, sponge/ spray your prepared wall with water. We’d advise that you work left to right.
Put a guideline on the wall using the spirit level and tape measure by drawing a straight line vertically. This should be about one wallpaper panel’s width in from the edge of the wall. Line up the wallpaper with your guideline to ensure it is placed straight. You should see about 50mm (5cm) worth of excess at the walls edge.
Mix the paste according to the instructions for ‘paste the wall’ wallpaper. Using a medium pile paint roller, apply the paste supplied with the wallpaper to the area where the first panel will be installed and about 50mm extra in width to be sure the full panel has paste. Apply the first panel to the pasted area and try not to squeeze any paste out of the edges. There should be bleed (Excess wallpaper for trimming) of about 5cm at one side, the top and bottom. Working from the top to the bottom, gently brush or roll the wallpaper to smooth out any wrinkles or bubbles.
Paste the wall before each individual panel. Apply the remaining panels while making sure that the image on the mural matches up between the panels. Slide each panel into place, making sure they are edge to edge – without overlapping and without leaving any gaps. Gently brush or roll the wallpaper to smooth each panel as they are applied.
Once you applied all panels, carefully trim the excess wallpaper off the top, bottom, left and right edges as required and remove any excess paste using a damp sponge. And voila! Your perfect wallpaper mural is finished!
Make sure to triple check your measurements and add a little extra if you are unsure. It’s easy to trim off
any excess. If you only want to cover a small section of the wall, the minimum order size is 2 square
metres.
A roller blind can be fitted one of two ways, inside the recess or outside the recess. When fitting inside the recess, the pole of your roller blind sits inside the window opening. When fitting outside the recess, the pole of your blind is wider than the window frame and so it sits above the recess.
Firstly make sure that the window frame is free of all obstructions so the blind can be hung freely. Then measure both the width and height of your window frame in mm. It would be worth measuring all sides of the window frame to take into account any variation in size.
Once you’ve done this, use the smaller measurement to order your custom blind. The blind you will be supplied with will be roughly 30mm narrower than the actual window frame width to allow for the free movement of the winding mechanism.

Once you have these measurements, add 100mm to the height and width, so that there will be 50mm of overlap on the window on all sides. The blind will be delivered in the exact measurement given to us.
Clean the area where you’re mounting the blinds. You may need to move beds, furniture or decorative items such as vases and lamps if they are close to the window where you’re mounting your roller blinds.
