The murals we send you, are made just for you, the way you want them.

While we carefully check all products before packing and dispatching them to you, if you receive a mural, wallpaper or sticker product that is either incorrect or damaged, you can return these products to us for a replacement.

Please get in touch with our customer services team about the item you wish to return within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Once our team has confirmed that the product can be returned for replacement, you will be asked to return your roomeo.ie products to us in its original undamaged packaging with your full contact details within 14 days of receipt of your item.

We are unable to make refunds for incorrectly measured walls, and we accept no responsibility for defective installation, nor will we accept any consequential loss, refer to full terms and conditions for details.

It is the customers' responsibility to check the product on receipt and before hanging to a wall surface. We are unable to offer any refunds resulting from incorrect hanging of your products.
